Hand Me a Wench: Episode 5...Completion!

Finally, after many weeks and a hiatus, the wenches are finished. They were a lot of fun, but I am glad they are done. So, without many more words, here's some pictures of pirate girls:
The champion.

The standard bearer.

The musician.

And the rest of them.

Until next round, be well.

Hand Me a Wench: Episode 4

It's been a while, but I got back on the wenches...that didn't come out right...
Either way, I finished their hair, wood and bone. Also, the command group got some turquoise to set them apart.
It is a nice break to work on a plethora of different models from different manufactures.
Next stage is the metallics, pirates need lots of gold.
Yeah, I know, purple isn't a 'pirate' color, but they are going to be part of a purple force (for a purple person).
MONKEY!!1
These ladies will be hanging out on the project table until they are done, which might be soon. Of late, I have three projects on the table (2 commissions, 1 of mine) and I cycle through them. It keeps my hobby-add in check.

Until next round...be well and listen to Army of the Universe.

Hand Me a Wench: Episode 3

Just a quick episode today. The flesh tones on the pirate girls is ready, and a bit of make-up.
It took a while because each of them have different skin tones, a kind of international pirate crew.
Well, until next round....

Hand Me a Wench: Episode 2

Progress on the wenches, the main areas of their clothes are done.
Purple tones were an essential for the client, so they will still fit in with the rest of the army.
Skinstones, then leathers, brass, gold and metal. Then they should look more pirately.
Until next round,
be well.

Hand Me a Wench: Episode 1

At first glance this might seem like a pile of random bits, but it is much more...
What is this strange new project with so provocative a name? A squad of ten pirate girls, yar!
You might have noticed, none of them are GW, the only reason being is that they don't have pirate girls. You also might notice Ral Patha, Reaper, Privateer and some other less recognizables.
This should be a fun project to paint up, stay tuned for updates....
Until next round, be well.
